Is Julio really free? +
Yes. The basic version is free forever — no trial period, no catch. Premium unlocks advanced AI features and unlimited usage.
How accurate is the AI food recognition? +
Julio estimates calories and macros from your photo. Like any AI estimate, the result can be off — you can check and correct every estimate.
Who is Julio? +
Julio is the app by Flexen and your AI coach inside it. He's not a simple chatbot — he has access to all your data and can take action: create workout plans, give nutrition advice, and answer your questions.
Do I need a wearable for sleep tracking? +
No. Julio uses Health Connect on Android and HealthKit on iOS. If you have a wearable, data syncs automatically. Without one, you can track sleep manually.
Does Julio work on iOS and Android? +
Julio is being developed for iOS and Android. The app is not yet publicly available on the App Store or Google Play.
Can I cancel Premium anytime? +
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account. Cancelling directly in the app is not possible.
Is my data sold to third parties? +
Never. Your health data belongs to you. We don't sell user data and never will. Learn more in our privacy policy.

Are there family or group features? +
We currently offer friend codes and nudges to motivate your friends. Family plans are on our roadmap.
